Presentation guidelines

Long talks
Long talks are 20 minutes, consisting of a 15-minute presentation followed by 5 minutes for questions.

Short talks
Short talks are 10 minutes, with a 7-minute presentation and 3 minutes allocated for questions.​​

Where should I upload my slides?
Instructions for uploading your presentation will be available here soon.
Please prepare your presentation in a format that can be uploaded in advance of the conference (e.g., ".ppx", ".pptx" or ".pdf").

Posters Information
Size: A0 portrait or A1 (landscape or portrait).
Display duration: Posters will be displayed from Tuesday morning until the end of the conference.
Poster session: Tuesday, April 15th, 17:30.
Installation: Please bring your poster on Tuesday morning for setup.
Local printing services:
- Cheviot Printers (5-minute walk from the venue)

Working Parents/Guardians/Carers

A parent room will be available for attendees with babies and young children throughout the conference. Individuals may chest-feed anywhere on site and a lactation room will be available throughout the conference for those who need it.
